Conquering SAP CRM !
After the study of Microsoft CRM started late last year, the SalesForce.com project exposure on the second semester 2006 and the overall knowledge of the SAP R/3 system, we now started attending SAP CRM official courses. This enables us to offer our clients a more complete vision of the CRM solutions and packaged application architectures. In this way, together with Siebel CRM (our services diamond point), Microsoft CRM and SalesForce.com, we are going to cover more than the 80% of the CRM market, reinforcing our overall knowledge of the different CRM processes best practice implementations.
In this way our clients can now rely more and more on the quality of the business analysis we can bring on for them, together with our vendor-independent approach in proposing the best suited solution case by case.
Thanks to the 4 years background expertise on the international CRM sector (from technical implementation, business analysis and project management perspectives), with clients spanning whole Europe, we will soon and easily be able to offer professional expertise on SAP CRM implementation projects, bringing all the added value that only a complete awareness of the different market solutions offer, as ours, can give.
