CRM Training at 360°



From a strategic point of view it is not enough to analyse, design and implement changes technically, but it is mandatory to prepare the final users for the change and help them leverage their activities to their best. Training, moreover correctly provided training, is a milestone for the adoption success of new technologies, functions, etc. A thorough understanding of the participants at the training session is mandatory in order to understand how to best help them reach the desired level of knowledge and/or skill. We are profoundly dedicated to comprehending the training needs and building the materials and presentations based on it and on the specific strategy desired by the company. The experience we gathered in various settings includes training and teaching to dozens of students or just a few specialists, so that our methods are versatile and adaptable to any company's needs.
We understand training as the natural step after having implemented an application or performed significant changes in the way users should work with it. From this point of view, we perform training needs evaluation for the definition of objectives to be reached by a training programme. The sessions are then planned and organized. Their construction is based on sound pedagogical and psychological knowledge and employs various teaching methods.
After performing the training, evaluations are carried on in order to assess its impact.
On the job and specialized technical training are our specialty, but we teach also CRM (from strategy through operations to analytics), ITIL principles and UML (underlying its importance for model creation in IT practice and covering various tools).
