Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) / Analytics Training

The second part of the Analytics Training Course has been completed. We would like to thank again everybody involved in the organization: this has been a tight one, but we appreciate all your efforts - Thank You!

The goal of the training was to provide the basic standard knowledge for administering the web application (for the future administrators) and for working with the Analytics Administration Tool (for the technical users), answering the client's practical requirements. The training sessions were combined with laboratory ones providing hands-on experience for the future users.

Analytics Training

Based on a request we received for an Analytics / OBIEE training for end users, in January we were busy with creating and performing an UK based training.
This is a good occasion to thank everybody involved for the organisation and support provided, as well as for the participation in the training!

From a contents point of view, all the main web part themes have been covered such as:
- constructing and working with reports,
- presenting results,
- working with dashboards and delivers.

We usually provide for support to our clients after the completion of a project, this time it isn't different: we are happy to be able to offer our trainees support with their daily activities!

CRM Training at 360°

From a strategic point of view it is not enough to analyse, design and implement changes technically, but it is mandatory to prepare the final users for the change and help them leverage their activities to their best. Training, moreover correctly provided training, is a milestone for the adoption success of new technologies, functions, etc. A thorough understanding of the participants at the training session is mandatory in order to understand how to best help them reach the desired level of knowledge and/or skill. We are profoundly dedicated to comprehending the training needs and building the materials and presentations based on it and on the specific strategy desired by the company. The experience we gathered in various settings includes training and teaching to dozens of students or just a few specialists, so that our methods are versatile and adaptable to any company's needs.
We understand training as the natural step after having implemented an application or performed significant changes in the way users should work with it. From this point of view, we perform training needs evaluation for the definition of objectives to be reached by a training programme. The sessions are then planned and organized. Their construction is based on sound pedagogical and psychological knowledge and employs various teaching methods.
After performing the training, evaluations are carried on in order to assess its impact.
On the job and specialized technical training are our specialty, but we teach also CRM (from strategy through operations to analytics), ITIL principles and UML (underlying its importance for model creation in IT practice and covering various tools).
